  • Want to begin AS but what do you guys think?

    My stats first:
    - 29yrs old
    - 6'1" / 220lbs (now) summer time weight / 235lbs winter time weight
    - BFat is low now, just gussing around 11 to 13% abs are visible
    - 6 clean meals a day
    - Basic gym stats are = Bench/225 3sets of 12reps
    Squat/405 3sets of 6 to 8reps
    Deadlift/455 max

    Looking to begin AS and want your input. I know I need to read up more and do the search thing and I'm working on it. Just need to know if it's too late for me to even think about AS. And if it is not too late what would be a good first cycle example. What's your take folks?

    its not to late its probably a good time as far as age goes! first cycle test E or C 400-500mgs per week for 10-12 weeks i like 12 weeks better. then pct.

            Exactly, also, how good are your genetics? I ask because although your stats are pretty good, I have some genetically gifted friends who have the same stats but haven't reached their full potential because their eating and training habits are shitty and I'm a big believer in thinking that you should reach your full potential naturally before jumping to the other side of the fence. Do you think you've reached a plateau in regards to gains with proper diet and training regimen?

              I have to agree with LMG2701 I went into my first cycle because I wanted to get big, this is the wrong approach, unless you have been training for years and have reached your peak or perhaps are falling from it slightly then it is time to go for the juice. I did my first cycle for four weeks and gave up because while my gains were deffinately showing, It was not a whole hell of a lot better than when I go on a crazy training month and really push myself. to be honest I get simular results with just creatine and Whey protien and a good gym partner who pushes you to your limits. try that and then when you have reached a good point maybe step into the gear. on a side note to anyone who might be reading, are these online stores all scams, obvously you cannont tell me where to go but you might be able to tell me to stop looking.
