I posted this earlier in the training forum but I didnt get many responses, so I was hoping some of you guys could help. I am finishing up a 10 week Test C cycle on which I trained 6 days a week. All my reps were in the 8-10 range and I always did at least 4 sets of each exercise and I normally completed 4-6 exercises per muscle group. My training schedule looked like this:
Mon: Bis/tris
Tues: Quads/Calves
Wed:Shoulders
Thurs: Hamstrings/Calves
Fri: Chest
Sat: Back
Sun:OFF
***My question is, now that I am coming off my cycle do I need to modify any of this in order to prevent overtraining??Thanks
