Hey house, when do you usually drop the drostanolone enanthate and the other compounds you are running? I'll be running the following: prop/tren/masteron/winny.
Before I would drop the prop and tren about a week and a half before the show and run the orals up until the day of the show. Never ran drostanolone enanthate before.

Thanks for the reply. I'll run my injectables up until Wednesday. Like you said as long as your diet is nailed I think that's what matters. I'm not running any proviron just running prop/tren/mast/winny. PUMPING UP THE DAY OF THE CONTEST.
1. Wear a heavy sweat shirt and sweat pants to stay warm and bring the vascularity out.
2. Never pump up your quads. Quads get smoother when pumped.
3. First perform decline pushups. Pushups with your feet up on chair, as many as you can. This gets lots of blood to flow in to your upper body.
4. Pump up your bis and tris with the bands. Do lots of reps until your muscles feel like they're going to explode.
5. Pump up your shoulders by doing side laterals with the bands. This way your shoulders will look wider when you're in the lineup during prejudging.
6. Don't wait until the last second to pump up. Give yourself plenty of time, so you're not frantically pumping up at the last minute. After you're so pumped that you can barely move, keep flexing your muscles to keep them pumped before you go on stage.
7. Don't put on too much oil, you'll sweat on stage, which amplifies the oil. If you put on too much it will hide your definition and make you look watery.
8. DON'T TAKE ADVICE FROM OTHER COMPETITORS, DON'T EAT FOOD THEY OFFER YOU.
Stay relaxed and focused. Your body produces cortisol when you're nervous and stressed, so try not to be.
