Hey everyone, this is my first post here and I'd like to say hello and thanks in advance for any advice or information I get here. I'm 19 and have been involved in weight lifting and athletics for about 8 years. I have a very base knowledge about anabolics, and I'm looking to learn further. I've had good strength pound for pound ever since I was 14 or so due to some good genetics, and I've always had the goal of getting bigger. right now I'm sitting at about 142 lbs, and 5'8. I'm very lean, and I'm happy with my muscular definition, though I'd really like to add 10-15 lbs of lean muscle. My question for you all is, should I continue eating as much as possible( I stick to lean foods rich in protein and carbs, generally chicken and rice as a staple food, along with protein supplements and fruits and vegetables), lift, and hope that at some point my strength will increase past my current plateau and I will gain size? Or could I benefit from an anabolic enhancement? I'm only looking to take something thats going to have minimal if no damaging or hazardous side effects. I apologize for my lack of knowledge if anything came off as stupid there, and I hope I posted this in the correct place, if not I apologize for that as well, and thanks again in advance for any help or advice!
