    Hey everyone, this is my first post here and I'd like to say hello and thanks in advance for any advice or information I get here. I'm 19 and have been involved in weight lifting and athletics for about 8 years. I have a very base knowledge about anabolics, and I'm looking to learn further. I've had good strength pound for pound ever since I was 14 or so due to some good genetics, and I've always had the goal of getting bigger. right now I'm sitting at about 142 lbs, and 5'8. I'm very lean, and I'm happy with my muscular definition, though I'd really like to add 10-15 lbs of lean muscle. My question for you all is, should I continue eating as much as possible( I stick to lean foods rich in protein and carbs, generally chicken and rice as a staple food, along with protein supplements and fruits and vegetables), lift, and hope that at some point my strength will increase past my current plateau and I will gain size? Or could I benefit from an anabolic enhancement? I'm only looking to take something thats going to have minimal if no damaging or hazardous side effects. I apologize for my lack of knowledge if anything came off as stupid there, and I hope I posted this in the correct place, if not I apologize for that as well, and thanks again in advance for any help or advice!

    you sound like a smart 19yr old. im sure you know at 19 any steroid can be harmfull. besides the fact that you dont need them yet. if you were to goto the nutrition section of the site and figure out a good diet i think you could easily put on 10-15 lbs. or if your real serious take the cash you were gonna use on gear and get a nutritionest to write you a diet for you exact goals.

      Thanks a lot man, I lean away from steroid usage and would prefer to gain weight naturally as you said, so thats what I'll focus on. I'm assuming I have more than enough testosterone to build on an extra 10-15, eliminating the need for growth enhancement. So I'll just focus on training smart and keeping a real solid diet, and a good workout program.

            Yeah, I think thats what my error has been, In the past I've over trained a lot, and I've never consumed enough calories. I always try to eat something protein rich first thing when I wake up, eggs and maybe some whole wheat toast, yogurt, w/e. then something in between lunch and breakfast, like a protein bar. lunch and dinner are pretty similar, I eat alot of the same stuff out of convenience. I stick with a big helping of instance rice mixed with a can of chicken breast, i add a little salt and thats all. Post workout I'll have a shake, usually musclemilk or myoplex, at dinner again i reach for something high carb high protein, that isn't junk, like a steak sandwich or something along those lines. and then I'll usually drink down a shake before I go to bed every night. I'll usually sleep anywhere from 8-11 hours. recently to avoid the over trainign I've done in the past, I work out hard twice a week, and I do some submission grappling on saturdays which works the CV hard. I work on a loading dock for a living, so I'm walking all day long and lifting stuff regularly. though I think my problem is just not eating enough, it can be a task trying to eat all the time, and sometimes I slip off and go hungry for periods of time.

              oh ya bro you are not eatin close to enough. post up you daily meals like this
              7:00 8 egg whites 1 cup oatmeal
              10:00 tuna sandwitch
              12:00 10 oz chichen breast 1 cup brown rice
              ect,ect that will help us figure out what and where you need food.

                  after you do what the og pros say and it doesnt work in a year or a year and a half,some winstrol tabs wouldnt hurt you at 25mgs daily,,,that will add quality,retainable,and lean muscle........Inject for minimal liver damage,which would be very little anyway at the oral dose i suggested,good luck but it seems you have a good head on your shoulders compared to some of these young,,,wanna swell in two days fast dudes,,,keep up the good work and you will grow thicker and keep cut man!!!

                    as important as diet, and nutrition is. You cannot overlook the fact of rest... it is one of the simplest things to help with recovery and it seems that a lot of people seem to forget it. It is also one of the main reasons you will have someone who is on point with everything in there arsenal not get the results they are expecting.
                    1. diet / nutrition
                    2. training
                    3. rest
                    thats your order of importance
