  • Question about chest

i recently got off of tren/test and experienced good results. I have always battled carrying extra weight but its just on my chest. I know i dont have gyno (because i went to the doctor just in case) and it seems i just have fat on the lower part of my chest. My question is, should i avoid decline press or actually do it?right now my chest day is flat bench, incline bench, decline flyes..pretty heavy weight on the presses (respective to my max),any advice beside cardio because i do cardio and know that is the main thing and will continue it,but i was wondering if i should change the routine to help the problem.thanks in advance

fat and muscle have nothing to do with each other. in other words, it doesn't matter how you train the muscle in your chest, it will have no effect on the fat on your chest. sounds like you need a better diet and cardio.

P.S. Doctors often dont know as much as we give them credit for. Fatty tissue on the lower part of the chest can be considered gyno. There are 2 types of gyno. Soft fatty tissue around the nipple often from child hood. The other is the hard lump under the nipple often what you see AAS users.

yeah,i agree that the diet could always be better but i have had this problem since i was a kid. I used to be really fat and have changed significantly,so it could the gyno you speak of because there is no lump. And to answer Rado's question, yeah,i do seem bloated when off but i just contributed it to being fat.
Also,i know that working out a muscle doesnt change the fat but isnt it if i gain muscle under the fat,it will just push the fat out appearing to look like i just gained more fat?like abs with a gut kinda thing? I appreciate the input,i have always wondered what could help this, maybe its unfixable except by surgery, who knows

i think you answered your own question.

post your diet in the form of meal 1, meal 2, etc..

have you ever been lean enough to see your abs? if not, how about setting a goal for yourself. no more "bulking" until you get lean.

Not training a muscle a certain way so that the fat that's covering it doesn't show is just not a good solution. You should continue to train it right, and fix your diet and cardio regimen to fix the problem. That's like someone not training abs cause it'll push their gut out.

oh i understand this. That is why i asked my original question.should i change my routine of just flat bench, incline bench and decline flyes and add decline press or do something different. I just didnt know if lifting different could help the problem or hinder it along with doing cardio

                  DIET

why do you not want to change your diet? that is what will take care of your problem. AGAIN, LIFTING DIFFERENT WILL NOT HELP OR HINDER THE FAT ON YOUR CHEST.

haha,i hear you loud and clear bouncer, and i appreciate the advice. I am changing my diet, and i was not thinking there was a quick fix or 1 solution. Was just wondering if doing decline presses would help round out my chest and help decrease the noticable fat on the lower part of the chest. I appreciate everyone input,i'm glad i asked.

Fix your diet and stop worrying about your workout for now bro - you're not going to make that big of an impact on which chest fibers you're hitting between flat and decline bench anyways...
