i recently got off of tren/test and experienced good results. I have always battled carrying extra weight but its just on my chest. I know i dont have gyno (because i went to the doctor just in case) and it seems i just have fat on the lower part of my chest. My question is, should i avoid decline press or actually do it?right now my chest day is flat bench,incline bench,decline flyes..pretty heavy weight on the presses (respective to my max),any advice beside cardio because i do cardio and know that is the main thing and will continue it,but i was wondering if i should change the routine to help the problem.thanks in advance
