    I had a question concerning test and doing cardio. What would the results be of running a test cycle and doing morning cardio. I did a post on this a few years back but couldnt find it.

    Lets say I run test-e or cyp at 400-500mgs wk for 10 weeks but do morning cardio. How and what type of gains can I expect. I say this being since test-e retains water. I was thinking of maybe using Prop instead but due to the frequent injections, just wondering if this has been done before.

    The diet is good, keeping the protein around 300grams a day, mid carbs, and good fats. Training 4 times a week and my 7-8 hour sleep. As for supplements, taking only WHey Protein.

      what i am asking is that with test-e i tend to get bloated and all, and when I took Prop I didnt. The thing is I would take Prop and love it, but the frequent injections. Test-E is more like once a week injections. I wanna see what type of gains can I get with this cycle. Since doing cardio, Im not expecting much gains, but also do not wanna lose my current size.

      Before when I have ran gear, I wouldnt do much cardio or none at all so I bloated.

      What I want out of this cycle is not to lose much muscle size. My protein is alright right now around 300grams mainly consisting of eggs, whey, turkey breasts, chicken breasts, tuna, tilapia and carbs mainly oatmeal, sweet patatoes. Im weighing at 222, 6', and 12-13%, can see abs when flexed.

        You didn't bloat because of not doing cardio brother - I know people that run TestE and never bloat and never do cardio for that matter - just keep your diet cleaner this time around and I'm sure you'll see a difference...

        As for "since doing cardio, I'm not expecting much gains, but also do not wanna lose my current size" I suppose this is the most confusing part that I can't grasp. You can make great gains and still do cardio - it's done all the time - especially on AAS????

          Im guessing the bloat also was mostly due to my bad eating habits before. I would in fact eat alot of protein but would get carried away with some bad foods.

          as for the cardio part. My goal is to add some lean muscle right now. I had a thread before but couldnt find it a while ago concerning leaning out. Some members had said since im doing cardio and all, some muscle would be lose so it was best to add test or something to try to maintain some muscle.

          Damn its been a while since I have ran anything :( I will try to post some pics as soon as i get my ubs drive thing working. Before and after pics.

            Just keep the diet clean bro...

            If you wanna run test just add muscle that's perfectly fine - just thought you were saying you didn't think you could keep what you've got now when adding cardio without it - I don't believe cardio will make you lose anything unless you're overdoing it and/or your diet is out of whack. Either way - running test won't "hurt" you by any means....

                yeah I agree with FG...since i have cleaned my dieting up when I cycle I no longer get bloated even on deca and test together. granted the past few months I have been doing more cardio than normal but for the last 3 years I had "Cheeks" that wouldn't go away and they have finally diminished since I eat less salt and check my carbs more frequently.

                  thats the problem with me, when I ate bad before, my face was the first thing that would bloat. Now I dont wanna say my diet is perfect but its way cleaner than before, eating more lean meals and clean complex carbs. My face isnt puffy anymore nor holding that much fat around the midsection area. I guess its all the diet.

                    just make sure if ya doing cardo and trying to gain you eat enough calories, depending on what kinda cardio you doing your gona burn alot, if ya burn all your cals during cardio sessions then you gona have nothing left

                      just keep diet clean as stated already -- imo evryone should do cardio atleast 3 times a week on or off --

                      best way to keep cardiovascular system heathy

                        I did something very similar to what you outlined juice, and the results were great. I had lean gains, from what i remember about 5-10 lbs, but that was skewed due to the fat I was losing, and I didn't have a proper way to measure my bf%, but the mirror did show, and I accomplished exactly what I set out for. Only thing I would recommend is drinking some green tea before the cardio...

                            no, I was actually using cyp so it doesn't really matter...just reduce your sodium and eat clean.

                              sounds good then. Ive been eating clean now without gear and all, watching my sodium and doing good. So sounds like another test-e- cycle but this time doing cardio with it. Thanx brother.
