I had a question concerning test and doing cardio. What would the results be of running a test cycle and doing morning cardio. I did a post on this a few years back but couldnt find it.
Lets say I run test-e or cyp at 400-500mgs wk for 10 weeks but do morning cardio. How and what type of gains can I expect. I say this being since test-e retains water. I was thinking of maybe using Prop instead but due to the frequent injections, just wondering if this has been done before.
The diet is good, keeping the protein around 300grams a day, mid carbs, and good fats. Training 4 times a week and my 7-8 hour sleep. As for supplements, taking only WHey Protein.
