Just thought I'd explain a little more what the numbers mean - Rado already gave you the basic idea but here's more if you are interested....
Testosterone circulates in your blood in two forms. One is unbound, or free testosterone. The other is bound up by a protein called SHBG. Sex hormone (or testosterone) BINDING (it binds up the testosterone) globulin (a protein). So the total testosterone level, or the first level that you listed, is the concentration of testosterone in your blood, bound and unbound. It is a little on the high side which makes sense considering what you are taking. The SHBG is normal. It may go up as your testosterone levels go up, but you want it to stay normal or low. The free testosterone concentration is the concentration of active testosterone in your blood. Only free testosterone is functional. When it is bound to SHBG it can not bind receptors and do all the things that testosterone does. Your level is high, makes sense. FAI is, like Rado said, is just a ratio of SHBG and free testosterone. So basically, you would expect your total and free testosterone to go up. And you hope that your SHBG stays normal/low to allow the test to be free and active.
I can't contribute to telling you anything about how high your testosterone should be for what you are taking....but thought I'd try to help you with what the numbers mean.
good luck
