it is a nagging injury that i've had, off and on, for a while, but this recent flare up is worse than usual. I'm not totally irresponsible and looking for pharmaceutical solutions for undertermined problems, just doing initial research so that, if need be, I can talk to my dr about it. She already knows I'm 'on' and is keeping tabs on all of my levels etc. I'm a bit worried that I'll have to wait 6 months for an MRI though...while healthcare is free up here, it is prioritized, and injuries like mine are lower on the totem pole.

    Thanks for the concern guys.

wow, thats sucks. suddenly Canada doesn't look so hot in my eyes. I was able to go to my doctor, get referred to a shoulder specialists, have an xray and a MRI all in 5 days.

      USA USA USA. :D

it's hit and miss...some people wait forever, some people get in quickly it's sort of a right place, right time thing. I've been really fortunate, but there are always horror stories.

That said, we have more than two shitty choices for our leader. We have at least 4 shitty choices...lol

yeah I generally do. I had a really hard time sleeping comfortably last night...if my shoulder was under pressure or falling forward because I was on my side it was really sore. I'm trying to learn to sleep on my back, but it's harder than I thought.

figure out how to stop that bro. I am willing to bet thats the cause. It will take awhile to go away but it will. Just try your best to stop.
