    that is just more of a reaction to the protein and doesn't mean you are processing it. in fact you probably are processing some of it and that is why you are feeling gassy.:D

            Solve the whole 35 grams thing by eating 30-35 grams but every 1.5 hours. . .I am doing that now and I am hungry like a bear every time I eat. . .
            even jay cutler only does 300grams a day. . .if that is all he needs at 300 lb offseason then I certainly don't need no 500+ grams.. . .:)
