Never do calves. I couldn't walk for like 2 wks after one bad one.

                  I liked doing bi's. I guess I am weird.

                      YOU GUYS ARE NUTS!
Stay away from any area that is vascular and make sure that you are not in a vessel by drawing back on the syringe before you inject.
Less vascular sites-- upper outer quadrant of gluteal region, vastus lateralis-- lateral aspect of the thigh or delts-- that should be plenty of room!
P.S. make sure that you have tapped all the air out of the syringe before you inject.

this cycle I am rotating delts and thighs.... you can all laugh now as I roll 25 1/2 gauge at 1 1/2 inch deep... Have an RN who slips it in (I shake too much) Go in about an inch or so... takes a few minutes... BUT NO PAIN..

                            Flame away... hahaha
