They have drugs to increase or simulate FSH which seems to be the most important element, thats what HMG does, it also simulates LH which is why many are now using it in pct in place of HCG.

Clomid has been shown to be no more effective than placebo.

I don't think I'm at that stafe yet, I'd prefer to just leave things for the time being and see, the test I did may not have been the most reliable. Just thought people may have some basic tips is all, it happens when it happens I suppose and I wanted to be chemical free while trying.

But HCG does increase your test production...If you have low sperm count, from what I Know of, there's nothing to increase that...All it takes is ONE though:clapback:

Basically there seems to be a requirement for certain things present for sperm count to be normal; FSH mainly and to lesser extent LH and test. If any of these is ultra low then it can coincide with low sperm count.

For AAS induced low test and low sperm count Urologists sometimes prescribe HCG at like 1000iu 3 x per week for up to a year and it often works on bothe counts.

Often it is prescribed with HMG at 75iu every day for best results but ya rado is right HMG is relatively new and they would have just given HCG before and it usually works.

My FSH and LH levels were at normal levels last time I checked and test was increasing so I don't think its those, could be a duff test result.

I also remember reading somewhere you need to get rid of the "old semen" every 4 days or so. I guess they start dieing off after that. I would find out next time she ovulates and make sure you have a fresh batch of baby batter waiting. Start unloading it now every 3 days and time it for the 3rd day whae shes ovulating. then hit it everyday missinary style with the pillow and feet up like rado said?

These could all be old wifes tales for all i know but hey it will be fun trying it either way.

I was off for a year and a half and the 1st time we tried, she got prego. She did wait until she was ovulating.

Not sure if this helped or not. But we did try the whole thing with the pillow under her pelvis and after I came inside her, she kept her legs up in the fetus position for about half an hour.
