    I am thinking about doing two cycles of clean to lean me up. I have also thought about HGH. The appeal of clen is its price, whilst GH is definitely one of the things that I would like to try in the future. What are your personal thoughts on clen?

                  agree with some of this but the hgh end of it -- gh is not that hard to figure out bro - no need to make it complicated when its not -- its does get expensive and i wouldnt do it if i wasnt prepared to run for a good 6 months

                      ran clen twice - 19 both times - pyramid up to 140mcg and shakes were no prob - first two days i noticed it more. Never ran it w/keto - never did more than 2 on 2 off - got better results I'd say from clen due to it's anti catabolic props more than anything - which goes to show my diet was shitty :)

                        No offence to Rado but if he never used GH he shouldnt give advice on it,JMO.
                        Gh is fucking simple and it works on just about any retard. If real of coarse.
                        I have seen Chris diet he posted other than to many cals GH will work on him and I would guess it would work well. There are only a few simple rules to follow.
                        1) make sure you have 6months min before starting ( i would get 1 years)
                        2) have a clean BB diet No simple sugars Chris diet is fine
                        3) Take at least 2ius upon waking up dose is dependant but 2 is min. 4 seems to work best with most.
                        4) have your workout plan (this is not even manditory for weight loss)

                              My biggest issue with clen is the way it heated my body up. It wasn't a normal hot and I got "prickly heat" a lot.
