i dont understand what you mean with your question, but i usually go by cm around arms, waiste and legs.. i used to use the weight and fat% as an indicator to see if i grow..Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Posthow exactly do you know? you say you "stop growing muscle". do you go by the scale?
5 weeks into a cycle, and i dont gain more besides fat.. and the first half cm around arms and legs disappear very fast if i make a small mistake under cycle, f ex when sleeping 2 hour longer then usual without having something to eat..

i have done many cycles, i was bearly eighteen when i started, early, but i didīnt know any better, there was only a couple of guys where i trained and the screwed me regarding to training end roids, and they basicly said that you could almost never be to young to start, they where alot older than me to, fuckin cowards, i have looking to return the favor:fight::pissed: but i have not be able to find them anywhere for a number of years now...:pissed: i wish i have not been that young and naive to fall for that, but they just took advantage of it and of an eighteen year old boy that knew nothing.. that way i have many and long cycles behind me in the past.. sad but true, and it is about 9 years ago..:fight:
i have about 45cm around the arms now, bench about 150kg in decline, the weight is u95kg, dont know about fat% at the moment
three years ago yhe weight was about the same, decline bench 210kg, flat bench 225kg, low fat %,48- 49 cm around arms when i was biggest..

A couple things....
First, if you are using long esters such as cyp or enth for your test or a drug like Deca or EQ then your blood levels don't reach their peak until somewhere around week number two.... So it doesn't make sense that you would only make gains until week 5... that would basically be like being on cycle for about 3 weeks and you should be able to grow for a lot longer then that when on cycle....
Second, it isn't just about the results you are getting during the cycle... It's also about letting your body get used to your new weight and get used to having the new muscle you have gained... That is also why we all stay on 10 weeks or more... Coming off right after the gains stop would make it very hard to keep your gains... Your body needs to reset it's point of homeostasis...

maybe i should try longer cycles, and throw in bigger doses when it seems like the growth is standing still...:hibb:

i just think you see it a little differently. i just dont believe that if you sleep for 2 hours longer you will lose measurements around your arms and legs. lol.Originally posted by logan View Posti dont understand what you mean with your question, but i usually go by cm around arms, waiste and legs.. i used to use the weight and fat% as an indicator to see if i grow..

the initial 5 weeks you are going to put on some water and a little muscle but not much. takes longer then that. i think you have it in your mind that you wont grow after 5 weeks and thats it.

maybe youre right... the example i made was not to be taken literally though, i just ment that there are not room for even small mistakes, without having consequenses big time.. at least thats what i think...:thumup:Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Posti just think you see it a little differently. i just dont believe that if you sleep for 2 hours longer you will lose measurements around your arms and legs. lol.

i mean that i have read something a long time ago, about when you put alot of androgens in your body it down regulates the number of receptors, in an effort to find its own ballance again.. cant remeber though, can anyone tell me if there something about this....?:whistle
