I posted a reply in steriodology too. Basically you have the same build as me-- long arms and legs-- What I did was concentrate on shoulders-- trying to get them wider and lats as well as back.. Tris and rear shoulders will help-- as well as traps but that will come. Preacher curls and pull downs -- lots of tri pull downs to beef up the rear part of the arm and blend it in with your back.
Its what I did and it helped make me a little more porportioned.
I would like to see a better picture where I can see how much of an upper body "T" form you have and to see how wide your shoulders are right now.
