thing about the cottonseed oil is i don't think it is sterile. just comes in a screw off top if i am not mistaken.Originally posted by Texas792803 View Postdamn, i jumped the gun and ordered the sterile cottonseed oil...will that work? and if so at same ratio?
the b12 i linked you too is for injection and comes in a sealed sterile vial.

ok bro heres the deal... You are probably sensitive to the solvent like many people are with prop because of its high solvent ratio.... Now some inject sites will be more sensitive then others and you may get a bit used to it after taking it for a bit.... But you might not... And boiling it is a bad idea... Prop has a high amonut of solvent because it won't dissolve into the carrier oil properly without it so if you get rid of some of the solvent especially without knowing how much then it is very possible you will end up crashing the prop out of solution
Cutting it with oil or b12 should help like these guys said and you should definitely consider ditchin the prop for a long acting test that doesn't have such a high solvent ratio

i forgot to mention that i did heat the vial up before this last injection and was 100% better! I brought water to a slight boil, removed the pan and put it on a different burner so no additional heat was added, then I put the vial in for 5 min. I did this process two days in a row prior to this last injection. I know you said that cooking it could destory the prop but i'm wondering if this small amount of time and the method i used would result in that. now, do i still dilute it with the sterile oil?Last edited by Texas792803; 02-21-10, 02:03 PM.

diluting it won't hurt so yes.... And boiling it for only 5 mins is probably fine and yes heating it up beafore injection can help but be sure not to make it too hot or your injection will really hurt! Also you can just use the microwave to heat it up and put it in for about 7 or 8 seconds... or run it under hot water for a couple mins.. Both of these work and are a bit faster and easier

for sure man! thanks a lot for the info...today the pain is a fraction of what it normall is, could also be from a 22 gauge pin i'm using, but switching over to a 25 gauge. I'll give what you recommended a try tomorrow and letcha know the results, thanks again. i can't bring myself to toss it bro, the results from prop are insane!
