If you think you know everything cuz you're a personal trainer then you are horribly mistaken.... I bet you at least half the guys that have the most knowledge on these boards don't have their certificate and believe me they know more about bodybuilding then you pretty much any trainer out there... Also most guys on these boards could get their training certificate without ever cracking a book because they have so much knowledge and have been living it for years... So how about you humble yourself if you want to come here asking for advice...

I wasn't going to go here but my friend who is 6'8" is 225lbs prolly 10% bf is skinny as a twig so 253Lbs at 19% is prolly the same muscle mass as him but just extra fat.
