Well I dropped the best I'd heard of, it was fourteen pounds in two weeks, but my bench went down to 290 for 3. I was a bit irritated about that, but there was a pretty significant fat loss, I am on my second two weeker and I am eating more protein and carbs, I have actually gotten stronger on quite a few lifts, deadlift being one, and have still lost 5 pounds. Not disappointed, but I suppose that I blew it up to be more drastic in my head. I don't wanna lose this muscle though. I love my deliscious mass. I'm just gonna winny and tren my way to 7 percent over the next three years, lol. Fuck it.
