any and everything... 5 meals a day with 2 shakes so 7 total.. every 2-3 hours
example meals: 5 hard boil eggs... Natural pb sandwhich... chicken breasts... pizzas, mexican food, buffets (eat at lunch or before 4pm)
moved into another cycle and am lovin it...
Starting week 4 today!! FEEL LIKE DONKY KONG!!!

30 mgs of dbol a day first four weeks..
I have eq and am pondering 400 mgs a week for 4 weeks.. thoughts?? :wack:
ohh and blood work back last week... everything is normal...
