    aight... so in this last year I have put on some size and gained well

    stats

    30+
    6 foot
    260
    BF 19%

    Food

    any and everything... 5 meals a day with 2 shakes so 7 total.. every 2-3 hours

    example meals: 5 hard boil eggs... Natural pb sandwhich... chicken breasts... pizzas, mexican food, buffets (eat at lunch or before 4pm)

    moved into another cycle and am lovin it...

    Starting week 4 today!! FEEL LIKE DONKY KONG!!!

    800 cyp a week
    30 mgs of dbol a day first four weeks..

    I have eq and am pondering 400 mgs a week for 4 weeks.. thoughts?? :wack:

    ohh and blood work back last week... everything is normal...

    congratz bro!
    my opinion on 4 weeks of eq is dont waste it cuz it will do nothing. EQ needs to be 12 weeks at the very least 14-16 would be best.
    save it get more and use it another time.
