Hey guys What's up!
So I'm just wondering if anyones got some tricks they wanna share with me for pinning etc, things that make it easier on you/your body. I've heard things like put the gear in warm water for a bit to warm it up? Or put syringe in microwave for 45 sec to warm up (which doesn't sound good to do at all), heating pad, workout right away etc....
