        I know you mean inner quad, but to any newbs reading there is a big difference between inner quad and inner leg. You have the femoral artery which runs down the inside of your leg. You know if you hit that artery you will bleed to death in minutes.

          What I do is I measure from the hipbone (using my thumb and middle finger down) to the rectus femoris outer side.

            I love quad shots, but I have to rotate to delt after 4-5 weeks and stay out of them for a little while. Then I go back. I started there, and will continue to go there. It's just so easy for me.
