I am 5'8. I started out at 160 lbs. Have been working out steadily for about a year but have had some month long breaks here and there due to working 2 jobs and an old nagging injury to my elbow that taught me i really needed to ease back into lifting. Anyhow I have never been able to push past 170 lbs and have been thinking of AAS for awhile now so i started doing some research, joined this site because it had the best information i could find and the people here dont seem like they are trying to sell anything. I found a good source and purchased a some dbol and Test E and some nolva for pct.
my cycle plan:
1-4 40mg dbol ED (except off days 20mg)
1-10 Test E 500mg weekly
11-15 20mg nolva daily
I started this cycle 1 week ago today. Wed night I gave myself my first injection in my right glute. I botched it allittle by jabbing myself alittle too hard and plunging the oil into my cheek really fast. It didnt hurt at all until about 3 hours later when i started to get alittle swollen and sitting down or standing up became a bit painfull. The pain got worse the next day but the swelling started to reside the day after that and i realised by then everything was going to be ok. Sat night/ Sun morning woke up feeling really dizzy and nauseous and almost fell out when i was taking a piss so i got back in bed as fast as i could and didnt move for the next 6 hours. I felt alittle shitty Sunday and did some research on sickness after a shot of test and learned somthing about a test flu... not sure if thats what it was but anyway things got back to normal really fast. I also started taking dbol that thursday. I didnt feel anything until sunday about 3 hours after taking it i just felt pumped to work out and have felt that way every day since then around the same time.
I Took my 2nd shot of Test last night, this time in my left glute and this time i was a bit more gentle both with the prick and the plunge and while 3 hours after the shot i developed a limp, today it is only barley sore at all and i suspect the next one will be even less painful. As of today with 5 days hitting the gym, 50mg Dbol ED and an improved diet i have gained 10 lbs. I can tell its a bit of water weight but all in all i am happy with the results thus far. I even added some weight to my workout.
I do have questions regarding pct as there is so much conflicting information out there it is really hard to get a grasp on what i should be doing.
Is just nolva good enough for the cycle i am on?
