  • My First Cycle

    I am 5'8. I started out at 160 lbs. Have been working out steadily for about a year but have had some month long breaks here and there due to working 2 jobs and an old nagging injury to my elbow that taught me i really needed to ease back into lifting. Anyhow I have never been able to push past 170 lbs and have been thinking of AAS for awhile now so i started doing some research, joined this site because it had the best information i could find and the people here dont seem like they are trying to sell anything. I found a good source and purchased a some dbol and Test E and some nolva for pct.

    my cycle plan:
    1-4 40mg dbol ED (except off days 20mg)
    1-10 Test E 500mg weekly
    11-15 20mg nolva daily

    I started this cycle 1 week ago today. Wed night I gave myself my first injection in my right glute. I botched it allittle by jabbing myself alittle too hard and plunging the oil into my cheek really fast. It didnt hurt at all until about 3 hours later when i started to get alittle swollen and sitting down or standing up became a bit painfull. The pain got worse the next day but the swelling started to reside the day after that and i realised by then everything was going to be ok. Sat night/ Sun morning woke up feeling really dizzy and nauseous and almost fell out when i was taking a piss so i got back in bed as fast as i could and didnt move for the next 6 hours. I felt alittle shitty Sunday and did some research on sickness after a shot of test and learned somthing about a test flu... not sure if thats what it was but anyway things got back to normal really fast. I also started taking dbol that thursday. I didnt feel anything until sunday about 3 hours after taking it i just felt pumped to work out and have felt that way every day since then around the same time.

    I Took my 2nd shot of Test last night, this time in my left glute and this time i was a bit more gentle both with the prick and the plunge and while 3 hours after the shot i developed a limp, today it is only barley sore at all and i suspect the next one will be even less painful. As of today with 5 days hitting the gym, 50mg Dbol ED and an improved diet i have gained 10 lbs. I can tell its a bit of water weight but all in all i am happy with the results thus far. I even added some weight to my workout.

    I do have questions regarding pct as there is so much conflicting information out there it is really hard to get a grasp on what i should be doing.

    Is just nolva good enough for the cycle i am on?

    Welcome brother!

    First about injecting, u should always rub the area with a cotton ball with alcohol, once the needle is in push the plunger slowly and make sure ur muscles are relaxed especially the area of injection, after injecting rub it again with alcohol but do not massage. Theres a lot of factors to consider regarding the swelling issue. Another issue would be the body is rejecting a foreign compound which is natural. Make sure you rotate your injection sites as well.

      nolva should be started 3 weeks after last shot of test. (it takes that long for the test to leave the body.) run the nolva at 40mg per day for a month and then 20mgs a day the following month.

        Ur pct should commence after 2 or 3 weeks (because of the enanthate ester) if im not mistaken, this is to let the body use the rest of the test e floating in your body. I had almost the same cycle as you before.My pct was like this,but again this was my personal choice, whats important is to listen to your body's reaction.

        2 weeks after Test E injection:
        Week 1 Nolva 40mg/Clomid 300mg 1st day/200mg 2ndday/100mg 3rd day/50mg/wk
        2 Nolva 20mg
        3-4 Nolva 10mg

          Keep the dbol the same every day. Your goal should be to keep the levels in your body stable, thats why of possible you split up the dosage throughout the day and take the same amount whether youre lifting or not.

            i have to disagree. iv tried both. on off days i like dropping the dbol dosage.

              thanks but why is everyone saying different stuff? 45 days, 4-5 weeks, 3-4 weeks 60 days... seems like everywhere i look its somthing different. i just want to know what the standard pct is to keep gains and avoid sides and weather or not nolva is enough for that. Also do you mean 40mg for a full month or for the remainder of the month after the 3 weeks then run 20 mg for a month?

                Ya you might not notice if you skip a dbol dose here or there but belive that it does build up and it will roller coaster like any other drug.

                If not you could just walk in the gym bench 500lbs then the next day walk in the gym pop some dbol and bench 520lbs sorry not gonna happen it builds up

                  the problem is we are all different and try or use different things. there is not set plan for anyone we have to figure it out for ourselfs. but if you want a very good place to start and what most will say here it is.

                  after last injection test E wait 21 days then take
                  40mgs nolva for 2 weeks... then take
                  20mgs nolva for 3 more weeks for a total of 5 weeks.
                  thats basic and where most start at. as we go along we try different stuff and find what works best.

                      today i had a great workout where i added 30 lbs to my shoulder presses and at least 10 lbs to every other shoulder exercise, i also did triceps and added weight there too. Afterwards i felt pumped as all hell and i looked huge lol. i started splitting my doses of dbol the other day into 20mg 2x daily and it feels better, i cant really explain the feeling but there is somthing.

                        ok so i just took my 4th shot of test last night, this time I put it in my right leg using 1" 23g. it stung alittle and today there was some swelling and pain and also some swelling above my knee. I did allitle running as a warm-up at the gym and believe it or not the swelling went down alot and the pain is pretty much gone. One thing that bothers me is that my nipples have been getting really hard during workouts and they hurt a bit but only when they get hard like that so i started taking 10mg nolva daily as a precaution.
                        I am also experiencing some drastic weight fluctuations. for example 2 days ago i weighed 180lbs and today i am 171 i have been eating alot so i am confused as to what is happening.

                          did you weigh yourself at the same time of day? if so, 9-10lbs loss in 2 days is not really normal when you are bulking up. lol

                            no i cant say it was the same time of day 180 was after dinner and 171 today was just after i got home from work. i have been hovering at or around 175 mostly when i got on the scale and saw 180 i was suprised but even more suprised when i saw 171 today

                              I agree with bouncer weight yourself same time everyday. I choose to weight myself first thing in morning. then by night time i am 5 pounds heavyer,lol
