Not sure I like these post workout shots. Reason being is that after the shot you have to wait 30 minutes for the GH pulse to peak. (carbs blunt the gh pulse). So I get done my workout and normally I would have my carb protein shake right after. Now I take the shot after my workout and I have to wait a half hour. I get a much stronger response after my workout also, I get that same hypo/starving feeling that I did from 150mcg. I guess because my stomach is empty. On top of that, once I finally have the shake it does not satisfy my hunger at all, usually I like to wait for an hour after my post workout shake to have my meal, but thats going to be an hour of fucken starvation. lol.
Any ideas? You guys think the post workout GH spike is really that important compared any other time of day? Should I just deal with it?

well I felt the hunger aspect, not crazy but noticeable, been out and ate and I'm hungry again already, this is useful as I'm off cycle and my appetite has been lagging so this could really help me get my meals in. The only thing I'm afraid of is waking up with hunger pains since I'm intending doing a night shot

I personaly think the nutrition is more important. I noticed with GH it didnt matter when or what time I took it as long as I took it consistant it worked all the same. So Just guessing this Ghrp will work the same.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostDay 4

I didnt notice it much at all with GHRP 2 but what your explaining right now was the same response I had to GHRP 6. DAY 5
So I decided to just shoot 100mcg first thing in the morning and 100mcg before bed. I just didn't like the post workout shot and then having to wait the 30 minutes to have a shake.
I am looking and feeling fuller then I did this same time last week. A sort of constant pump type feeling.
So far in the short period that I have used GHRP I would say it reminds me most of insulin. From the immediate response after a shot to the pumped and full look.
With regular GH you dont really notice much for months until you start to see results, GHRP is very different from that.
So far I can say that I am liking what I see in terms of fullness and pump, we shall see if it compares to GH in the fat burning arena.
