      2 solutions; 1) have your shot and take protien but no carb, taking your carbs with your next meal, 2) take your dex/malt/whey drink (fast ingestion) and half an hour after than take your ghrp

        well I felt the hunger aspect, not crazy but noticeable, been out and ate and I'm hungry again already, this is useful as I'm off cycle and my appetite has been lagging so this could really help me get my meals in. The only thing I'm afraid of is waking up with hunger pains since I'm intending doing a night shot

          how long do you need between ghrp 2 shots of 100mcg, would 3 hrs be enough?

            the gh pulse spikes to its highest point 30 minutes after the injection. it then stays elevated and slowly falls for the next 3 hours. i would space it out every 4-5 hours. you do it every 3 hours and you run the risk of the body desensitizing because of constant pulses.

                I personaly think the nutrition is more important. I noticed with GH it didnt matter when or what time I took it as long as I took it consistant it worked all the same. So Just guessing this Ghrp will work the same.

                  I didnt notice it much at all with GHRP 2 but what your explaining right now was the same response I had to GHRP 6. I literally had to eat every 2 hrs on the dot to avoid hunger pains and getting a little hypo.

                    Take the shot just before you finish your workout maybe when you have ten minutes or so to go then you won't have to wait as long. I only waited 20 min after the end of the workout and the shot to have to post workout carbs.

                        DAY 5

                        So I decided to just shoot 100mcg first thing in the morning and 100mcg before bed. I just didn't like the post workout shot and then having to wait the 30 minutes to have a shake.

                        I am looking and feeling fuller then I did this same time last week. A sort of constant pump type feeling.

                        So far in the short period that I have used GHRP I would say it reminds me most of insulin. From the immediate response after a shot to the pumped and full look.

                        With regular GH you dont really notice much for months until you start to see results, GHRP is very different from that.

                        So far I can say that I am liking what I see in terms of fullness and pump, we shall see if it compares to GH in the fat burning arena.
