I'm waiting for the 20 day review and I was wondering through your research and experience with this and actual GH what you think the best use would be. As in a bridge between cycles or during a cutter or dieting/bulking/all the time, etc.

Sorry but that is exactly the kind of thing I am trying to avoid in this thread. You have no right to talk about it "keeping you lean" when you are also running t4 with it.. Something that will be interesting.. I got 1 more bottle today and this time I got ghrp-6 so I will be able to compare the hunger etc.. Between ghrp-2 and ghrp-6. I have one more bottle of ghrp- 2 to get through first though so I won't switch over to the 6 for another month.

Well its keeping me lean and holding more muscle, t4 alone doesn't really do either for me alone. I'm talking about t4 bro not t3, t3 rips me up on its own but also eats muscle, t4 in low dose is mildlybanabolic and enhances the effect of gh. DAY 20
So not much different from day 10. Still feeling and looking a lot fuller. Its hard to gauge any sort of "fat burning" because like I said I am eating a clean bulk style diet and I am pretty lean anyway. I am leaner then when I started the GHRP but I dont want to say that is due to the GHRP just yet because it could also be from the diet.
Little things I have noticed over the last 10 days that reminds me of gh is pins and needles in my pointer finger tips. That lasted for a few days and went away. Also had an aching left foot for a few days. Are those things from the GHRP?... im not 100% sure but they are out of the ordinary for me.
Nothing has changed in terms of the hunger after the shot, still get hungry as hell within 5 minutes after the shot.
Next update at Day 30.

Something else that will be interesting is that I took my last shot of test on Aug 31st. Dont plan on going back on AAS until April 1st next year. (gotta be big for the wedding in June :D)
i plan on staying on the GHRP the whole time I am off AAS. So we will also see how it handles when I am off etc.. I know my body pretty well, know exactly what usually happens when I come off.. it will be interesting.

Ok, now I know why you asked me about my thread. Mr. Incredible, my brother, try this... cjc-1293aka modified grf 1-29 100mcgs 3 to 4 times a day in the same pin combine ONLY 100mcgs of ghrp-2 or 6. every day no 5 0n 2 off shit. Trust me!! 400mcgs of ghrp2 is fucking way to high. you will get prolactin and cortisol like a prego woman. Please take my advice on the ammount of ghrp-2 that you are using. Instead of the PEG-MGF, I used igf-1 l3r at 80mcgs per day split into 2 injections. Im gonna pm, you tomorrow with some very interesting facts from my old journals. its about 60 posts on igf, hgh, ghrps, ghrh, insulin, plasma levels, liver toxen. Bouncer, ghrp- 6 made me fucking hungry. ghrp-2 I didnt notice any real hunger effects. I know alot of cats who had issues trying to burn bd with ghrp6. Yes, I know because they ate too much. I had a small issue with retaining a little fat, but my diet was pretty clean. I did notice a little strength gain while on 6 though, harder muscles and better sleep. I did experience a little hypoglcemia, and a little lethargic feeling in the first two weeks or so, but it did pass. If you use ghrp-2 I would start off with 75mcgs 2 to 3 times a day. If your ghrp-2 is good, you might feel a little flush in the face the first week or so. By the way, are you combining any form of grf with this??? A solid protocol
A solid protocol would be to use a GHRP + a GHRH analog pre-bed (to support the nightime pulse) and once or twice throughout the day.
For anti-aging, deep restful restorative sleep, the once at night dosing is all you need. For an adult aged 40+ it is enough to restore GH to youthful levels.
However for bodybuilding or fatloss or injury repair multiple dosings can be effective.
The GHRH analog can be used at 100mcg and as high as you want without problems.
The GHRP-6 can always be used at 100mcg w/o problems but a dose of 200mcg will probably be fine as well.
Again desensitization is something to keep an eye on particularly with the highest doses of GHRP-2 and all doses of Hexarelin.
So 100 - 200mcg of GHRP-6 + 100 - 500mcg+ of a GHRH analog taken together will be effective.
This may be dosed several times a day to be highly effective.
A solid approach is a bit more conservative at 100mcg of GHRP-6 + 100mcg of a GHRH analog dosed either once, twice, three or four times a day.
When dosing multiple times a day at least 3 hours should separate the administrations.
The difference is once a day dosing pre-bed will give a youthful restorative amount of GH while multiple dosing and or higher levels will give higher GH & IGF-1 levels when coupled with diet & exercise will lead to muscle gain & fatloss.
Dose w/o food
Administration should ideally be done on either an empty stomach or with only protein in the stomach. Fats & carbs blunt GH release. So administer the peptides and wait about 20 minutes (no more then 30 but no less then 15 minutes) to eat. AT that point the GH pulse has about hit the peak and you can eat what you want.
