not gonna stop taking GHRP -2 anytime soon ,, also will start a log when I start my cycle working out some kinks atm. I'll be using igf with it for sure , so I want to see how that is , and will see - next summer if I can get where I want to be then I will consider slin w/it.
I honestly don't see any point on getting GH at this point... I don't need fucking 6ius of LEGIT GH to get great results - i need 3-4 max , this solves that problem for me.

13 days after my last update instead of 10, sorry about that, lost track of the days. lol
Nothing really more to add over what I said at day 40. Still having a great effect. Been off all steroids now for a month and a half. I know my body and by this point I am usually seeing strength and size losses after coming off AAS. Not this time though, I swear it is the other direction this time, I am getting bigger! lmao. I am harder, fuller, and leaner then I was just a month and a half ago when I finished my cycle.
I guess I should point out that I seem to be a "hyper responder" when it comes to anything like this. i have never needed more then 500mgs of test a week to blow up etc.. just wanted to point that out because i dont want to get peoples hopes sky high with these things. all i can say is that GHRP has been absolutely amazing for me.
for me, i would put GHRP above HGH. i am getting the results from GHRP-2 in 50 days that would have taken me 6-7 months to see with HGH.
will update again in a month. i feel like at this point i am just repeating myself every 10 days.

so, im getting lots of questions about how to mix this stuff and when to shoot, eat etc..
its simple.
5mg of ghrp needs 5ml of water mixed in with it so that 100mcg is exactly that. lol
mix 1 cc of BAC water in with the little GHRP bottle. then draw it out of the little bottle and put it into the bigger sterile bottle that comes with it. draw up 4 more cc of water and mix in with the other 1 cc of water already mixed in with the ghrp.
my dosage of ghrp-2 has been 100mcg twice per day. once in the morning or post workout, and once before bed.
this stuff feels like insulin so i have a feeling that it also has a shuttle effect like slin does though i cant prove this. i take my shot immediatly after workout, wait 25 min and have my PWO shake of 2 cups grape juice, 2 scoops protein powder, and creatine.
the shot before bed i wait 25 min, have a protein shake and a bowl of oats and then hit the sack.
my diet is "clean bulk" style with lots of protein and carbs through the day with very little fat. only fat i eat comes from fish oil, tiny bit from chicken, oats, and the flank steak i eat every other day. every meal i eat is protein and carbs, even before bed. when your not taking in much fat this last meal with carbs is a good thing. on this type of diet my muscle are always full, i have energy, no bloat etc... my 1 cheat meal a weak is usually something like pizza and that gives me plenty of fat when i start to feel like i need some.

no - testing for GHB is incredibly hard to do compared to standard drug tests. I have been doing some heavy research on this substance; I do not know if this is bro-science, but I read 300mcg daily of GHRP-6 releases 4.5 IU's of GH.
I also noticed that -2 is much more pricier than -6; one would think there is going to be larger result with the -2; any thought on this? Seems like we have a spread plying field with both.Last edited by Konitz; 10-13-10, 12:57 PM.
