                    15-20 lbs would be a tuff one bro. If we are talking solid as in quality muscle gains and not fat ect. Me personaly I would go test , deca and dbol with a clean diet and make it more of a clean bulk. I think the deca would make you feel better cuz I am sure you still have pain in you body from getting slammed by the car. It will also be a lot cheaper of a cycle.
                    but saying all that my best cycle ever was test, tren, EQ.

                      I've lost a solid amount since not being able to train - at least 10lbs, maybe you're right I hadn't even thought about the deca w/the affect it could have on joints. I might put the eq tren mix on hold and consider this.

                      edit - seeing as both deca and tren are 19 nor .. would the negative affects that B pointed out about going back on tren carry over to deca being affected ?
