15-20 lbs would be a tuff one bro. If we are talking solid as in quality muscle gains and not fat ect. Me personaly I would go test , deca and dbol with a clean diet and make it more of a clean bulk. I think the deca would make you feel better cuz I am sure you still have pain in you body from getting slammed by the car. I was going to do test/deca/dbol but for now this is more appealing to me:
weeks 1-16: EQ 400mg / week
weeks 1-16: Test Cyp - 600mg / week
weeks 1-10: Tren e - 300mg / week
Weeks 1-4: naps dbol 25mg ed
Comments? I want to plan this out ahead and not get hit by cars , tired of fucking around, want to get my size back.

I've lost a solid amount since not being able to train - at least 10lbs, maybe you're right I hadn't even thought about the deca w/the affect it could have on joints. edit - seeing as both deca and tren are 19 nor .. would the negative affects that B pointed out about going back on tren carry over to deca being affected ?Last edited by the art of war; 09-08-10, 12:36 PM.
