    First id like to say hello to everyone and hope all ya training is working out to ya desired physique.

    Secondly I'd like to ask a few questions...

    Basically I've never used any substances before and not an extreme Gym attendee due to the fact I play semi professional Soccer.

    But anyways I've recently decided I'd like to build up a little and cut up a lot... A friend of mine advices Tren and Test. His given me some
    Info on it but before I do anything to my body I'd like to ask some experienced ppl their opinion.

    So would u guys agree to go with that? If so how many cycles and at what dose.

    Also what are the pros and cons.

    Stats wise I'm 5th 9 inches. Weigh approx 76kg. I'm 28years old. Male. That obviously during football season does alot of cardio.

    Any advice would b great.

    i would never advice tren as a first cycle. far to many emotional and physical sides can come from it.

    test alone at 500mgs a week is a great cycle.

    that said, if you arent training in the gym much then it is all pretty much pointless.

      Sorry I didn't fully explain. This year I've been hitting gym quite hard... And using only protein shakes and some creative tablets I was noticing some nice results.
      Due to circumstances and a shoulder injury I haven't been fm for 2-3 months but am starting hard again as of Monday.

      So you'd recommend just Test yea? I don't wanna put on loads of muscle bulk. I kinda wanna achieve Brad Pitt 'Fight Club' body.

      Bit of build and very lean.

        the result you get is all about diet. you can bulk up with test or you can cut up with test. if you are eating clean and doing cardio you will get the ripped look you want.

          Cheers bouncer... And I'm guessing the test will speed up/enhance the process as apposed to doing it without?

          Also someone mentioned a Tablet called Anatar that's meant to b good for cutting?!?! Any thoughts mate?

              i think you mean anavar. its a mild drug and you need to take a good amount of it to be effective. its also a bit expensive. its not worth it IMO.

                That's the one mate yeah. Apparently it's £60 a tub me mate can get it for.

                But if it ain't worth it then I'll swerve it.

                              Roller I wouldn't recomend going down this route.

                              You need to rehabilitate you shoulder
                              You need to create a balanced programme of weights and cardio to compliment you soccer and not bulk up so you compromise it
                              You main aim seems to be cutting and I don't think you need test for that
                              E2s are creatine ethyl ester by CNP right? If so they're good shit for strength without bloat
                              You want strength and fitness and lower bodyfat not bulk that will slow you down
                              Let me see your diet and training regimne and I'll try help
