  • Recent Tom Prince steroid interview.

They start talking about drugs around 20 minutes in.

He names Craig Titus and Milos Sarcev as guys that were known for taking insane dosages of anabolics. 1:11:55

    "He'd (Milos) take 6000mg a week of s***" 1:12:55

He also explains how he's experimented with every possible cycle combination and has come to this conclusion:

"Once you got past 1200mg per day total...and I hate to give out numbers exactly, but once you got past that amount, any more than that is just an absolute frigging waste" 27:00

                  Tom Prince hamstrings

                  OK.. for my hamstrings.

I always did 9 sets. Never any more. NOTHING on me grows as fast or as easliy, as you would imagine

Of those 9 sets, I did 3 exercises for 3 different movements.

I really had 2 hamstring workouts that I used for the better part of 15 years. I alternated these 2 workouts, and I only trained hams once per week.

I ALWAYS trained hams by THEMSELVES. I think doing hams and quads together is a mistake. Training hams after quads is why most people's hams, suck. Quads take so much energy, that most people barely train hams.

                  WORKOUT A:

                  1. Lying Leg Curls: 3 sets x 15, 5-8 (1st set: 15 reps w/ a moderate weight, 2nd and 3rd set: heavy for 5-8)

                  2. Standing Leg Curls: 3 sets x 6-10 reps (all sets heavy)

                  3. Seated Leg Curls: 3 sets x 10-15 reps (the seated leg curls machines never had a heavy enough stack, so I hd no choice but to do some medium rep sets int he 10-15 range).

                  WORKOUT B:

                  Standing Leg Curls: 3 sets x 15, 5-8 (1st set: 15 reps w/ a moderate weight; 2nd and 3rd set: heavy for 5-8)

Lying Single Leg Curls: 3 sets x 10-12 reps (all moderate weight; I could only seem to feel these with a moderate weight. I couldn't feel them very well when going too heavy.. but I loved the exercise).

SMITH MACHINE STIFF-LEG DEAD'S: 3 sets x 12, 8, 5. I always would pryamid my weights up. Usually going by plates. So,, the weights would go, 315, 405, 495. (NOTE**: The techinique is my own invention. Just like a standard stiff-leg, with a twist. On the bottom of the movement, I'm leaning back. In other words, if I let go of the bar, I'd plop down on my ass. The harder I lean back, and push my butt out, the more tension I put into your hams. I'll actually feel a huge stretch in your hams, which is exactly why I was doing this. As I come up, I not only pull UP on the bar, but pull FORWARD, as well. I do not stand all the way up. The bar touches mid thigh, at it's highest point.)

In conclusion: The ONE thing that I noticed I did differently, from almost anyone else I ever saw train hamstrings, is that I trained them extremely heavy. Yes, I would have some medium rep sets, but for the most part, I went heavy as hell. I used the entire stack on just about everything I could, as long as my form was perfect for at least 5 reps.

And, yes, my hams are a genetic gift, to be sure..

Can't believe he didn't talk about all the ibuprofen and diuretics he was taken that was the main cause of the Kidney failure.

                            Looks can be decieving!

That simple set up relied on heavy use of diuretics that in the end killed his kidneys!

Id prefer to see a better anti e, tren or even Halo in there so as to enable a less watering environment and so less reliant on lasix etc.
