Found this on using Nebido/Reandron s cycle base - leaves a lot of unaswered question
Apart from a general desire to understand the ins-and-outs of using
different Testosterone esters my motivation here is based on learning
how Nebido/Reandron 1000(Testosterone Undecanoate), can be effectively
used in a cycle and if it can be used alone. The jury is still out on that
(for me), but i have a suspicion it can be used, with a yet to be
determined and somewhat creative dosing schedule. However, realistically
it /might/ need to be preloaded or stacked with a shorter half-life ester or some
other anabolic to actually be worth using, all things considered.
The big question for me at this point is what does it mean to have a
super high amount of unmetabolised Testosterone ester in the body?
(eg) 5000-6000mg
If anyone can shed some light on how the unmetabolised Test affects the
body i'd really like to know.
After writing my own half-life calculator software and experimenting
with the numbers for injection frequency, dosage, and half-lifes
i think i have a good understanding of how different Testosterone
esters (half-lives) affect the dosage amount and frequency required to
elicit a desired response. By "desired response" i mean a similar
physiological affect to using 500mg/week of Test Enanthate every 7 days
for the average user on their 1-3 Test only cycle.
To put it as simply as possible; i'm thinking that the amount of
Testosterone per week that is metabolised is the measure of the
effectiveness. Not the amount of mg currently "in the body".
Note: This is not something i have read directly, its just the conclusion i have come to
from the research i've done into Testosterone esters and use (so it might be less than
100% correct, 100% correct or completely wrong .
It might be common knowledge to some (or many) of you, but it's something
i've not really understood clearly until very recently. Note: I'm not referring
to it as "free Testosterone" due to the fact that free Testosterone
metabolises within an hour or two (which just leads to further confusion).
This is a basic outline for two Testosterone cycles, Enanthate and
Propionate and is followed by a cycle example for Testosterone Undecanoate):
Testosterone Enanthate 250mg/ml.
Testosterone Propionate 100mg/ml.
Testosterone Undecanoate 250mg/ml.
The weekly amount metabolised is the important number.
A) 10 week 500mg/week Testosterone Enanthate, we get something like

As you can see the fact that Testosterone Enanthate takes around 4 weeks
to get to the point where 500mg/week is being metabolised would account
for the anecdotal evidence that Enanthate takes around 4 weeks to "kick
in" while Propionate basically "kicks in" from week 1.
Note: both cycles provide approximately the same amount of metabolised
Testosterone per week (500mg).
Now, this is what happens when the recommended TRT dosage of Testosterone
Undecanoate is used (Nebido/Reandron 1000).
The recommended TRT does is 4ml(1000mg) in one injection every 10-12 weeks.
They also recommend a second injection at the six week mark(day 35) when
initially starting.

Clearly this is not going to provide the desired response, so we would
need to inject more frequently than at the half life point. We want to
get to somewhere that has 450-500mg or more, Metabolised per week.
The problem is the total blood levels will be through the roof!! Which
is my main question. Super high total blood levels? Is that going to be
a problem physiologically or otherwise?
This is where is gets interesting, IMO.

This cycle provides reasonable numbers for metabolised Testosterone we are
looking for, but look at the total blood levels!
I'm not sure if this would actually be toxic or what would happen to a
person who used this cycle.
There are other injection frequency variations of course, it might be
possible to find a happy medium for Total Testosterone and metabolised
Testosterone. Not sure. I'll continue to play the numbers with my
half-life calculator and see what happens.
In conclusion; whether this ester is appropriate to use alone is still
unknown to me and is really based on the effect of having super high
amounts of Total Testosterone in the system and what that really means
for the body.
