    Pre workout whey and malto

    Post workout whey and malto

    Meat and rice

    Some lean protien if I can get it in

    Currently 253 lb, I've like to be a rock solid 240 lb

    I think theres some water weight and I've been snacking some

        Trust me if I start pounding the food 270 comes toward me quite rapid. I've cut the carbs back today and already I look leaner

                Fifth weeks jabs now due, fuller and better shape and slowly losing fat, it's funny because the more in shape I get the more I realise how out of shape I've been. I think I may have to extend the cycle, not sure twelve weeks will get me there in time and I wanna do this thing properly.
