I am so un-motivated it isnt even funny. I do this every year I eat like shit from oct untill feb and stop gear usally before oct. well this year I started eatting shitty before oct and only been off 3-4 months now and i will find the easyest excuse to not lift. Today all it took was my partner not making it and i was happy. When on gear I will go lift by myself in the middle of the night If I have to but without it this time i just dont give a fuck.
also just got over being sick for the 3rd time in 3-4 months and I lost 10 lbs this last week
I think I am going back on very soon as i do not like this at all! Is there any reason why i should nt?
