  • Being off sucks ass this time!

    I am so un-motivated it isnt even funny. I do this every year I eat like shit from oct untill feb and stop gear usally before oct. well this year I started eatting shitty before oct and only been off 3-4 months now and i will find the easyest excuse to not lift. Today all it took was my partner not making it and i was happy. When on gear I will go lift by myself in the middle of the night If I have to but without it this time i just dont give a fuck.

    also just got over being sick for the 3rd time in 3-4 months and I lost 10 lbs this last week

    I think I am going back on very soon as i do not like this at all! Is there any reason why i should nt?

    A couple things,

    Seasonal depression
    Low test

    These are likely causes and to be honest the ideal is to switch to peptides when you come off test

      I'd just stay on. I've done 5yrs straight and loved it. Have you thought about your own hrt dose in between cycles?

        Ehh, I don't like this attitude at all.

        Feeling down from low test is one thing, but finding excuses to eat shit and not lift is another.

        Also, I think lifting at home is a big mistake. I don't care how nice your gym is, I could never Fucken lift at home.

        You gotta get your mind right, I been off 1 month and 1 week and still eating and training exactly the same.

        Fucken man up, starting to think your heart is made of jelly beans!

          Being off enanth one month is pretty much only just coming off. Rocket has been off much longer. Rocket, buy some ZMA and double dose that shit on an empty stomach before bed. That should help raise your test some and cheer you up.

            So what? Being off gives him an excuse to find reasons not to lift and to eat like shit? My mind doesn't work like that, lifting for me is therapy, I love it, feel better when I do it. I cannot understand his mindset at all.

            Being off sucks but not training sucks worse!!

                Yes I almost did a HRT dose this time but decided to just stay off. Not sure why I decided to do that just did. Iknow i will never stop i will take test untill the day i die so I probably should just stay on 100-150mgs per week after cycles.

                    Eatting like shit is just what I do every year at this time that has nothing to do with anything. The way it is easy for me to say fuck it is what bothers me!

                          I think you are right about working out at home. But it is very easy for me to do it this way. Never wait for anything no one to talk to ect. what I need is a partner that is ready to hit it everyday. I have had 2 over the last 8 or so years and they were both perfect but both gone now.

                            Being busy saps your energy bro. I work a lot of ot, and sometimes going to the gym to lift is the last thing I want.

                              i dont talk to a single person in the gym. i think you need to give it a try again, think you will be surprised at the motivation it gives you.
