Great starting point.
I would do 400-500mgs test E for 12-16 weeks followed by a proper PCT.
of coarse have nolva on hand in case you are sensitive to estrogen gyno.
If your buddy tell you you need to stack shit dont listen to them if this is your first time you will blow up with proper diet. 10-15lbs
