  • what should I use for 1st cycle?

    I have been workingout for about 13 years and I am ready to take my body to next level. am 5'11 and 230 lbs at 13% bf right now.I am looking for suggestions on what I should take for my 1st cycle to add lean muscle mass...

    Great starting point.
    I would do 400-500mgs test E for 12-16 weeks followed by a proper PCT.
    of coarse have nolva on hand in case you are sensitive to estrogen gyno.

    If your buddy tell you you need to stack shit dont listen to them if this is your first time you will blow up with proper diet. 10-15lbs

      yup, what rocket said.

      400-500mg test per week and nolvadex on hand in case you get gyno symptoms and also for post cycle therapy for when you finish your cycle.

        I would use less on my first cycle. Imo i would do 250mg/week of cypionate or enanthate for 12 weeks.

          Test only + first cycle = amazing

            how should I run pct?

            Thanks for the advice..1nce I start cycle at what point do I start running nolva and how much?

              only run the nolva if you have to (gyno) if no gyno do not use it untill 3 weeks after your last injection then run it for PCT

                I will say very few need nolva on 400-500mgs test e but if you need it you better have it.

                  I did sust 250mg a week for ten weeks, gained 35 lbs total, then lost 15 coming off. You deffinitely don't need much. Save your money for the second one.
