I agree that sust isn't as popular as it once was. It hurts my head thinking about all those esters and half lives. I'd like to see a graph or a spread sheet on the blood levels of sust over say six months as apposed to straight test e or c. A straight enanthate cycle over six months would slowly rise over say six weeks or so at a constant dosage at e5d, then taper off and become stable and constant. I wonder what the same dosage of sust would do say e5d over the same time frame of six months. when would it taper and become constant, or would it become stable at all. sust was never designed to be shot ED or EOD. It has become a fad on the forums to do that. sust has short esters and long esters. as the short esters stop working the long esters kick in.
think about it, people stopped using sust because it became unfashionable to do so. Test E and C has been promoted as "much more stable" but who gives a shit about stability if the gaines are not as great? like i said, i have gained more on this sust then i did my entrire last test e cycle.
Don't get me wrong, you will grow just fine on sust if you take enough, and I would ad it to a cycle or even cruise with it and be just fine I'm sure, but I think every third or fourth day would be the sweet spot, and not be as much fluctuation in the blood. Hell I'm talking about TNE as a workout booster, so you know I don't care about stability that much

if your goal is growing , add 50 iu of lantus ( slin ) at breakfast .
sip on a mix of 1 cup of juice ( pineapple , grape , grapefruit ) lot's of bcaa's , glutamine , creatine , all dilute in a gallon .
eat regularly , but no need to worry for carbs like using fast slin , just eat regularly .
the bcaa's all day long regularly are key .
and yes , priming your body with gh is good .
