Decreased levels of IGF-1 also may be seen with nutritional deficiencies (including anorexia nervosa), chronic kidney or liver disease, inactive/ineffective forms of GH, and with high doses of estrogen.

By reading your posts, you don't seem to be having these issues but rather being a hypo:)

You just have to pay out of pocket. If the lab says they need a Dr to order it then you go to a Dr and pay out of pocket. There are a lot of Dr.s that dont even take insurance.

Elevated levels of IGF-1 usually indicate an increased production of GH(hence your post).

Since GH levels vary throughout the day, IGF-1 concentrations are a reflection of average GH production, not of the actual amount of GH in the blood at the time that the sample for the IGF-1 measurement was taken. This is accurate up to the point at which the liver's capacity to produce IGF-1 is reached. With severely increased GH production, the IGF-1 level will stabilize at an elevated maximum concentration.

        I love science:)

i get it bro and its not about me, i know my gh is real.

but IGF levels will be above normal reference range if you are running GH. if igf levels are in normal range then something is up.

Call your local Dr's around in your area, not sure where you live. And you might also want to visit a Sports MD, not a regular MD....

Yes, by all means go get a private insurance plan so you can see if your GH is real.

Well, the Dr. we used to use charged $100 for the first visit and $50 every visit after that. So, I would go and on the first visit say you want a physical and bloodwork done and tell them everything you want to be tested. I don't know how much the bloodwork costs, I'm sure Ronin does though, and just add about $100 for the Dr. That's if you even need a Dr. to get the bloodwork done. Just call a lab and ask them....

A regular Dr visit can range from the $50-$150 or more...Sports MD are the best since they tend to be more open minded and they can also perform the same lab tests as regular MD's.
