    Hi to all. I am new here, but not to body building. Been working out for about 6 years, first two were strictly food building and gained about 10 pounds of muscle, third year i tried supps and gained 11 pounds that year alone, 4th and 5th were slower only increasing approx 5-8 pounds per year in gain. Last year I bulked up almost 28 pounds in weight and just did a fat burning run of 20 pounds loss. I am now 255 lbs, 6'2, pretty healthy. my worst habit is smoking, I had really bad acne as a kid, and now I only get it every now and then, more on my back than anything.

    Been doing alot of research on test and cycles and what not for that last couple of months, and a friend of mine has been edging me on to try a cycle, due to my frustration with supps. They are no longer doing what I want them to do, and I am now ready to do a cycle. Which has led me here to you guys, hoping I can get more educated so that I do this safely and properly with as little side effects as possible. So I just told you about me, so here are some of my first questions.

    Milk Thistle, been reading up on its advantages for the liver and what not. Ive been thinking it would be a good idea to do a month of this before I start a cycle. Should I stay on it during my cycle or stop and use it with my post cycle therapy?

    I have read alot and I mean alot of threads and articles on what a first time user does in his or her first cycle This is my conclusion:
    500 mg of test injection per week for 12 weeks, weights every other day with cardio on alternate, caloric intake of 3000-3500 per day at 2 g of protein per pound of body weight. here is where i get stuck: Should I also take tamoxifen during cycle and what about IGF versus HCG, and tamoxifen versus nolva?? During, before or after? PCT???

    I know this is alot, and you guys have probably answered these questions a hundred thousand times. But when it comes to my body and my health, i dont fuck around, I wanna know as much as I possibly can from the right people. Also, is there a good ebook, or book for that matter, on steroids for first time users? Most of them I found are like a hundred bucks, but test and the other stuff i need is not cheap either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im basically looking for a strict detailed guide to follow with no bullshit or corner tuns in it telling me exactly what I need, how to do it, when to do it, and for how long. Something very simple.

    PS, is it also safe to add dianabol for the first couple of weeks? or should i get a few cycles under my experience first?

    First cycle you can do good on 350mg test but a lot just shoot for 500. I would prolly bump up ur calaries. If your 255 and most muscle ur gunna need more. Protien is good. Unless ur taking a lot or oral supplements along with ur cycle I don't find milk thistle necessary for test only. Tamoxifen and Nolva is the exact same thing. It's like sayig tylonol and aceteminophen. Same thing. Have it on hand butdont take unless u start getting sensitive nipps. Igf is insulin like growth factor and has nothig really to do with your cycle. If looking at hcg, you should take 500iu/w during cycle. If using a long ester such as enethate or cyponate, continue hcg 4 weeks after last test pin. Then start tamoxifen 40mgs/d 2 weeks then 20mgs/d 2weeks

      D-bol u can but id hold back till u know how ur body reacts to different substances. But I would focus more on lifting. Try a 5 or 4 day split and add some cardio at the end of ur workout. Ull get more out of your cycle imo

        No need for milk thistle, it does little to nothing.

        injection by passes the liver and cause not harm to it. the dbol can be harsh on the liver but milk thistle wont make it any less harsh.

        run 500mg of test per week
        dbol weeks 1-4 25mgs per day

        have nolvadex on hand incase of gyno

            I would take the milk thistle if using dbol. sure it wont fix the problem but it sure will help some. My HRT Doc dont sell it to me but he tells me to take it. there has to be a reason

              i will see if i can find what i read but if i remember right it did nothing at all when taken with 17-aa drugs.

              remember that reference i made to guns and tin foil? lol. basically what your doing with milk thistle trying to protect your liver from 17-aa drugs

                Makes sense. But I do beleive it can help once off .

                      Thanks a million guys Ill take your advice and hold off on the dbol. I had seen it mentioned in quite a few cycles, and thought that it might increase my strength more for the test to do its full job. Ill stick to the test, diet and cardio for my first cycle. I will look for all the obvious signs of side effects. I will also try to get the nolvadex as well. i wont take the test until i have it in hand either. You have all set my mind at ease about what to do! Once I get everything together, I will post my progress in a thread, hopefully that is ok around here. Its nice to be able to speak to people about this without getting an earful. I feel as long as it is done the right way, and the safe way, everything should go ok!

                        yes you are doing it as safe as can be done.
                        and yes please start a thread on your cycle maybe start it day of first injection and go from there undating when you feel or 1 time per week.

                          If all other bases are covered (diet, training, rest) 500mg of test will work wonders.

                              sounds good bro, nolvadex is easy to get. if your guy dont have it just click the top right banner and look for tomaxafin. chem name for nolv.
