Hi to all. I am new here, but not to body building. Been working out for about 6 years, first two were strictly food building and gained about 10 pounds of muscle, third year i tried supps and gained 11 pounds that year alone, 4th and 5th were slower only increasing approx 5-8 pounds per year in gain. Last year I bulked up almost 28 pounds in weight and just did a fat burning run of 20 pounds loss. I am now 255 lbs, 6'2, pretty healthy. my worst habit is smoking, I had really bad acne as a kid, and now I only get it every now and then, more on my back than anything.
Been doing alot of research on test and cycles and what not for that last couple of months, and a friend of mine has been edging me on to try a cycle, due to my frustration with supps. They are no longer doing what I want them to do, and I am now ready to do a cycle. Which has led me here to you guys, hoping I can get more educated so that I do this safely and properly with as little side effects as possible. So I just told you about me, so here are some of my first questions.
Milk Thistle, been reading up on its advantages for the liver and what not. Ive been thinking it would be a good idea to do a month of this before I start a cycle. Should I stay on it during my cycle or stop and use it with my post cycle therapy?
I have read alot and I mean alot of threads and articles on what a first time user does in his or her first cycle This is my conclusion:
500 mg of test injection per week for 12 weeks, weights every other day with cardio on alternate, caloric intake of 3000-3500 per day at 2 g of protein per pound of body weight. here is where i get stuck: Should I also take tamoxifen during cycle and what about IGF versus HCG, and tamoxifen versus nolva?? During, before or after? PCT???
I know this is alot, and you guys have probably answered these questions a hundred thousand times. But when it comes to my body and my health, i dont fuck around, I wanna know as much as I possibly can from the right people. Also, is there a good ebook, or book for that matter, on steroids for first time users? Most of them I found are like a hundred bucks, but test and the other stuff i need is not cheap either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im basically looking for a strict detailed guide to follow with no bullshit or corner tuns in it telling me exactly what I need, how to do it, when to do it, and for how long. Something very simple.

PS, is it also safe to add dianabol for the first couple of weeks? or should i get a few cycles under my experience first?
