Prolactin will not cause gyno in the abscence of estrogen. Fact.Originally posted by jack tors View PostNa, this is complete bs
You can take all the letro you want and it will do nothing for prolactin sides. The gyno will continue to progress pretty well unchecked.
In fact the upregulation of prolactin receptors (cause thats what it does- it doesnt increase prolactin) that occurs from progesterone does NOT even occur in breast tissue. Fact.

I do have nolva bro. My man RocketW suggested adding nolva in conjuction with the adex as well. I love this board and how everyone is willing to help therefore just wanted to throw my estrogen and prolactin numbers out there to make sure that the nolva/adex combo is the way to go because I really feel that the puffiness isnt estrogen related.Originally posted by jack tors View PostYou got nolva... it worked for me when I had the same issue but I caught it early.

You got nolva... it worked for me when I had the same issue but I caught it early.Originally posted by AllDay View PostThis is all very interesting stuff fellas. No, im only on test but I jut cant understand why my nipps are so puffy and sensitive. My recent bloodwork show my estradiol was on the low end of normal but my prolactin levels was .2 (not sure on units) elevated. Have no clue why but I assumed this was causing the puffiness. Maybe it is not but I want it gone. I am on trt for good so coming off completely to run letro is not an option. I was hoping the adex would suffice. As I said I have only ran 30ml total of it. What would you guys do here? Btw i am very lean, 195 10% bf so its not like im fat.

Na, this is complete bsOriginally posted by StanG View PostGyno is always estrogen related. If estroegn isnt elevated prolactin on its own will not cause gyno. Controlling estrogen is the key.

Honestly i dont know but progesterone has 2 receptors. One active...and the other oddly enough renders it inactive. Like a binding site that removes some from our system. Quarrentines it almost. Perhapos it has something to do with that and the amount of which types of receptors. I honestly do not know. Total speculation I just posted.

Good point. Bottom line though is I cannot use tren or even deca without bad sides. Some have no issue.Originally posted by StanG View PostThats not gyno ..its increased nipple size and sensativity due to elevated progesterone. Just like women experience during ovulation. You said yourself stop the tren it goes away..with gyno thats not the case..you have it you pretty much have it...unless you treat it quickly after its onset.

its not odd though. have seen it many times in other people here and on other forums.Originally posted by StanG View PostI have to admit you situation is pretty odd in that femara (letro) usually decrease both e and progesaterone.
you can almost completely remove estro from the equation with letro and people still get gyno when you throw tren into the mix.
not only that but it is a different type of gyno. estro type gyno you get a hard lump behind the nip. not the case with tren. its more of a puffy nip that gets super sensitive.
again, i know it looks good on paper to say remove estrogen and no gyno, but its just not the case, im sorry.

because even with low amounts of estrogen progesterone can induce gyno issues in some. Not prolactin ..progesterone. Its pretty interesting at low or normal levels progesterone actually reduces the effects of estrogen but when progesterone levels increase greatly they agonize the effects of whatever estrogen you have present. I have to admit you situation is pretty odd in that femara (letro) usually decrease both e and progesaterone.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostSo explain to me why when I use test at as little as 250mgs per week with tren e at as little as 200mgs I get gyno that cannot be controled even with letro. Soon as I drop tren puffy nips go away. Yet I can run test at 500 mgs per week and have no gyno issue at all.

Progesterone and prolactin are 2 different things. Progesterone has little to no effect on prolactin levels. Progesterone up-regulates prolactin receptors but not in breast tissue. Thus sexual sides yes - gyno - no. Estrogen in fact increases prolactin.
