Sup peeps... So this is my first cycle pinning and its going on the second week. Got myself some Balkan Pharm Test cyp, 3 vials and plan on doing a 12 week cycle. I also have some Provimed and of course plenty of Nolva. Going with 400mg each week and will also use the Provimed every other day at 25mg.
As for what I eat....boring. In no particular order oatmeal with granola and milk, Drinking egg beaters, chicken, steaks, wheat pasta, a shake (milk,protien powder, peanut butter, oatmeal, olive oil), wheat bread, peanut butter sandwiches, bananas, rice....foods right after working out are a shake(juice, egg beaters and BCAA's) then i might have pizza, white rice or pasta.....And that's pretty much it.
Something I use to track my foods is this excel sheet I made which has listed FOOD, Calories, Protien, Carbs, Fats and the Time I ate. This has proven to be very helpful during times I think I have eaten enough but truly have not.
Been doing this for the past two weeks now, hhhhhh and all I do is shit every hour and fart and it smells terrible. Especially after drinking the egg beaters. My wife hates it, especially when I pull the covers up over our heads. LMOA
