    Sup peeps... So this is my first cycle pinning and its going on the second week. Got myself some Balkan Pharm Test cyp, 3 vials and plan on doing a 12 week cycle. I also have some Provimed and of course plenty of Nolva. Going with 400mg each week and will also use the Provimed every other day at 25mg.

    As for what I eat....boring. In no particular order oatmeal with granola and milk, Drinking egg beaters, chicken, steaks, wheat pasta, a shake (milk,protien powder, peanut butter, oatmeal, olive oil), wheat bread, peanut butter sandwiches, bananas, rice....foods right after working out are a shake(juice, egg beaters and BCAA's) then i might have pizza, white rice or pasta.....And that's pretty much it.

    Something I use to track my foods is this excel sheet I made which has listed FOOD, Calories, Protien, Carbs, Fats and the Time I ate. This has proven to be very helpful during times I think I have eaten enough but truly have not.

    Been doing this for the past two weeks now, hhhhhh and all I do is shit every hour and fart and it smells terrible. Especially after drinking the egg beaters. My wife hates it, especially when I pull the covers up over our heads. LMOA

    Instead of your excel spreadsheet you can try a phone app like MyFitnessPal. It has a upc scanner to scan your various items which obviously eliminates manually entering every entry. And it has a good search function to look up meals you eat outside the home. Of course it adds all your cals and breaks them down by proteins, carbs, fats, sugars, etc.. Much more convenient than spreadsheets, imo.

        Hmmm, it sounds like your not digesting all your food which could mean bunk gear, quote possible with bunken or whatever, also try cooking the eggs

          Well its been four weeks. Nothing much to note really. Sex drive is higher though, but as far as added weight not much at all. Diet is good but i know i need to eat more its just crazy how much i have to eat though to gain weight. But...no mood swings or acne. Nothing to report really other than the sex drive being higher. Ive heard it can take up to five weeks to see something. We'll see, Im gonna keep the diet what it is cause i believe im getting enough in so later......

              First cycle if your eating and lifting right imo you should already be stronger and heavier. I can tell within 3 weeks on test-e and its basically the same as test-cyp. Also if your eating raw eggs your wasting your time this has been debated on this board eggs have to be cooked for any nutritional value. Arleast should notice some water weight at 5 weeks??? I'm all the way in it at 4 weeks on test.

                Egg beaters are pasteurized and it's easy to just slug a carton down.

                      I used to put raw eggs in my shakes back in the day drinkem down. Then was reading on here couple years ago a thread about the protien in the eggs forming through the process of them cooking and that there is actually no protien in a raw egg just the risk of food poisoning.

                        I've read that as well. The protein absorption of raw is less than half of cooked eggs.

                              Yeah, I don't know, I cook mine now anyway. But honestly I only eat eggs on the weekend, because I'm too lazy to Fuck with them at 4am.
