the difference between eq and test is big in terms thickening the blood is it not?

yes EQ is the worst as far as a scale in differences I have no clue. I would assume its pretty big as the red blood cell thing with EQ is dramatic.

good question thought I will dig into that as that is something i would like to know just to know.

best way is to give blood its free and you actually help someone while you are at it.
dont take it light if you are high already it will only get higher and you only been on 1 yr or even less correct?

you got the results back already? usually they call you a day or 2 and give you the full results. what was your kidney, liver functions etc..?

No they initially put a drop of your blood in asolution that means if the dtop sinks it's high level iron, thing dtopped like a fucking stuka.

I feel great now, like a heavy cloud got lifted definitely something good happened there

Gave at bloodbank bro, don't know hemo numbers only that iron was high, which they want but I don't want it too high

oh wow they dont even check you to see if you can give blood they just do it,lol

who cares its done do it againg in I think 8 weeks or when ever they call you. your hemoblobin levels will drop 3 points everytime (avg for me)

after that if you just run test still give blood but 1 or 2 times per yr is fine. if you add others like EQ then give 4-5 times per yr this way no problems for sure.
also make sure to get your hemoglobin count next time you give.
