ye lol im winded like hell all day im puffing out as im typin this msg lol srsly haha and ill rephrase it looks like ive lost size cos im leaning out im usually filled with water but ye this cycle was basically to lose some excess weight and water while retaining my muscle im on 2500 cals per day high fat low carb high protein my carbs are only coming from oats in the morning and green leafy veggies throughout the day i try to keep it at like 100 carbs along with moderate cardio pre workout im also cycling clen atm when im not using clen i cycle into preworkout if anyone has any advice or just their 2c id be happy to hear it im still a novice and would appreciate some critiques on current macros or anythin for that mattr

i will add tho that im seeing some amazing results so far and my strength is through the roof loving this cycle but i have started to notice red patchy rashes forming on my body when i woke up this morning took telfast (antihistamine) and it went away but it comes back when the telfast wears off anyone seen this before while cycling prop or tren?

I had little brown spots that looked like liver spots pop up on my hands and I would get red itchy spots around my neck from tren. They came and went. Tren does some weird shit but it's effective. ye its strange cos ive read that many ppl have been having rashes and skin irritations from tren but its all new to me ive never had this sort of reaction to gear before but im gettin over this skin redness im glad its not itchy anymore but the look is still annoying an i will agree it is some great stuff my body comp has changed just after 2 weeks it took a little longer to kick in for me but now that its in iom seeing some impressive gainz i will def be posting some before and after pics when im doneOriginally posted by blm View PostI had little brown spots that looked like liver spots pop up on my hands and I would get red itchy spots around my neck from tren. hey guys jus updating its the end of my 3rd week now n ive made some serious gains:) really happy with the results so far ive basically lost all my excess body fat and am drying out pretty well mostly from the cardio and diet as far as sides well i got off to a shaky start but no problems since have been running 100/100 tren/prop and am feeling stronger and looking much leaner.:)

hey guys need some help with diet everything's been going well as far as weight loss however i think i need to change something to break through a plateau im currently eating:
8am: 2 poached egg whites, 1 cup oats, apple
10am: 100g cottage cheese (full fat), handful of almonds
12:30: lean protein source eg 1 whole chicken breast/raw salmon/beef steak, green veggies, 1 cup brown rice
3pm: whey isolate shake
6pm: same as 12:30 (pwo)
9pm: apple, whey isolate shake
before bed 12pm: 100g cottage cheese, can of tuna
plenty water throughout the day
any advice on what i could tweak to get some results would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance guys:)

the issues from the beginning of my cycle were most likely my body just adapting to the tren everyones different in how they respond to aas anyway this question is referring to my diet structure so if anyone can see somethin in that diet that should or shouldnt b there id be greatful if u could me know so i can change it thanks guysLast edited by FastGainz; 11-22-12, 12:19 AM.

hey guys got 2 weeks left of tren a been running it at 400mg per week atm with relatively low sides apart from tren cough no night sweats and mild insomnia i recently got blood work done and my estro is 2x above normal so ive started letro at 0.25 ed im also thinkin of adding some winny for 6 weeks after my last tren shot jus to drop more water and harden the fuk up!!:) thoughts?

well i started my cycle at 260 lbs roughly 17-18% bf ad of now im currently 225lbs and a a little under 15% over the last month my bench is up by 40 lbs same with deadlifts bout 60lbs and overall strength increase my cardio is to shit i do 15 min on the bike and i am literally gasping for air. also got broader in the shoulders and my traps are bigger than theyve ever been seeing some great definition between each muscle group which has only started to appear over the last few weeks but yea bf is down considerably alot more lean muscle and look harder my skin has also tightened around my abdominals and am starting to develop a really strong core so yea all in all ive had a excellent experience with the tren although i still feel like i could still improve with some winny due to the fact im still holding alot of water from my test e cycle.
