when I'm on gh, there may be a little extra leverage that comes from intracellulor water our something, but more phsycologically, because of some physiological aspect I can't explain I feel more lubricated in my joints and as a result I have more.confidence to lift heavy without fear of injury. It tends to result in a less tense supportive posturing and I lift a little heavier.
